Screen – Each candidate will be personally interviewed and screened by a senior search consultant before being presented to the client. Candidates will be evaluated on the basis of their professional experience and cultural fit. Additionally, discreet due diligence will be done to assess a candidate’s performance and reputation among peers and corporate clients.
Schedule candidates for client interviews. Initial candidate interviews and client feedback will serve to refine the position specification and modify the search strategy if necessary.
